We are a business services company, primarily dealing with bookkeeping, accountancy, and accountancy systems.
Joining our existing team of accountants and bookkeepers, due to continued company growth, we are currently looking for a new bookkeeper / accounts assistant.
You must be already living within a 50 mile radius of our offices in Basingstoke, Hampshire, as work and meetings will often be from there, though the role would be working from home most of the time.
To be considered you will have experience and ideally a qualification or be studying toward (AAT or similar), and have excellent communication skills.
Prepayments / Accruals
Reconciling bank accounts
Reconciling supplier statements
Processing sales / purchase invoices
Management accounts assistance
Payroll (Sage 50, Sage Business Cloud, Quickbooks, and Xero) to include Pensions
Experience working with Xero, Quick-books & Sage
Other ad-hoc tasks would also be required. Reporting directly to the MD.
As we deal with a large database of clients from a range of industries, we are ideally looking for someone with experience in doing so, who can add value to the business.
We can be flexible with hours / days of working, though would expect around 25 to 35 hours per week.
Start date is also negotiable, however would ideally be between 30th May and 10th June 2022.
